Sometime in the 60's Clyde bought Carl's Drugstore. He worked for Carl for many years and when Carl decided to retire Clyde bought the store.

It wasn't but a few years later that Savon Drugs came to town and pretty much took over the drug trade in Lancaster. Years later the only drug store that lasted was Burn's Pharmacy. All were on Lancaster Blvd. Savon was gone from the Blvd as well. NOW! there are probably hundreds of pharmacies.
