Christian was born 13 Feb 1803. His parents were John Ling and Catherine Eyler.
He died 8 May 1873 in Bedford county, Pennsylvania. He is buried at the Hoover Cemetery, Alum Bank, Bedford,Pennsylvania.
Christian was married to Elizabeth Imler. An interesting bit of information here... she was from Imler, PA., the town was named after her ancestors. She was born in 1807.
