Sally was the middle child of Charles Clyde Ling and Mae Belle Beers Ling Cornwell.

Sally was the owner operator of the Belle Haven Nursing Home, in Quakertown, PA, til her death in 1995. Her daughter Heather Vassa, took over at that time as the owner - administrator. Sally was instrumental in making changes to nursing home protocols.

Sally was married to Wendell B. Stamm.

They had 5 children:
Susan Gail Stamm, Silvagni, Mincavage 1942. Susan was married to Hugh Silvagni. They have 1 child, Robert Wendell. He was married to Maria and they have 1 child, Kaitlyn. Susan then married Joseph Mincavage.
Heather Mae Stamm Vassa 1945 - 2015 70 Years young
Bonnie Jean Stamm Kline 1946. Bonnie was married to Harry A. Kline in 1979, They have 3 children, Christopher, Katie and Sherman.
Timothy Bruce Stamm 1951. Tim married Rose McGlaughlin. They have 3 children, Tiffany, Adam and Taylor Nicole.
