Shelly is the last of the five children of Wendell and Sally Stamm.

Shelly married Dana Berg.
They have 3 children, Nicolas, Eric and Jeremy.

I found cousins Tim and Shelly. I found him first and called his number... a woman answered and then hung up??? I then did some more digging and found Shelly. I wrote her a letter. She sent a Christmas card in 2021, which included her phone # and email address. I called her a few days before Christmas and we talked for about 15 minutes or so. While we were talking about the past she mentioned that Grandma Cornwell lived with a priest. She lived in the rectory with him and her kids, George, Sally and Clyde Jr. Apparently the church members were not happy about caring for her and the kids and they were told they had to leave. Since Grandma Cornwell was unable to care for three kids she sent George, the oldest, to live with Hezekiah and Belle.

I had written a letter to Tim, since the phone call, and listed my phone # and email. He texted me with... "You found me" we texted a few times and then nothing. According to Shelly, he didn't know who I was and thought I was a scammer. He did, after Shelly, told him who I was, texted me an image of a pedigre chart that Shelly had made. The chart is alittle confusing...at least for me.

That's all I know for now. I'm hoping to visit Shelly the next time I'm on the east coast. Shelly and her husband Dana, live in Schnecksville, PA. Turns out it is about an hour from Adrienne's mother-in-laws house in Morristown, NJ. So glad I was finally able to find Shelly. We have so many cousins and family on the Jansz side, but none on the Ling side. Uncle Clyde had 2 girls and 2 or 3 adopted children. Haven't been able to locate them... maybe another conversation with Shelly will shed some light there as well. More to come.
